"Our mission at the Tonkolili District Development Association (TODDA) is to empower and uplift the communities of Tonkolili District, Sierra Leone, by fostering sustainable development, education, healthcare, and social well-being. We are dedicated to creating positive, lasting change and improving the lives of our fellow Tonkolilians through collaborative efforts, resource mobilization, and a commitment to preserving our cultural heritage."

TODDA was formed on October 14, 2001. It has a 501(c) (3) status and, it operates as a charitable organization, desirous of providing relief to the poor and promoting social welfare activities through economic empowerment for the people of Tonkolili District in Sierra Leone.
